Following up on the ACLU story
Earlier this week we posted an interview with Ben Wizner an ACLU attorney. This week the ACLU won its case against the Bush Administrations Warrantless Wiretap program. Well, Bush has appealed and he says he STRONGLY disagrees with the Judge's decision: "I would say that those who herald this decision simply do not understand the nature of the world in which we live. I strongly disagree with this decision."
Thus, the battle continues. The modest Ben Wizner sent me this link after listening to our conversation. enjoy. Also, you can check out a post I did this week for the WFMU blog on our Government's abuse of Powerpoint. I am blogging regularly for the great WFMU now and its a lot of fun.
