speaking of the NSA...
Everyone was in court today for a hearing on whether President Bush was authorized by Congress or by the Constitution to violate the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, a 1978 law that forbids surveillance of people inside the United States without a warrant.
according to this story it sounds like it was a total blast!
The government's main argument today, repeated numerous times, was that more facts are required in the case but that more facts cannot be disclosed.
